Class Recordings Policy

• Every student receives 1 year of access to recorded sessions.
• These recordings enable you to revise topics at any time, re-watch complex concepts, and prepare for interviews even after completing the course.
• Recordings are strictly for personal use only. Sharing them with outsiders is not permitted.

Practice Sessions at Office Premises

We believe that practice is the bridge between learning and mastery. To make our valuable facility available to all students equally, we have a few structured rules:

1. Practice Timings
   
   • Available between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
   • Maximum practice time per student: 3 hours per day.
2. Permission for Extended Practice
   
   • If you need more than 3 hours, kindly request permission at least 1 day in advance.
   • This helps us manage seating, resources, and trainer availability.
3. Post-Course Access
   
   • Students receive an additional month of practice access at our premises after the official course concludes.
   • Beyond this, office access is not permitted.
4. Doubt Clearing Facility
   
   • Within 6 months of joining, you may request doubt-clearing sessions.
   • Prior intimation is required so we can schedule a trainer to assist you.

General Office Guideline

To maintain professionalism and ensure comfort for all:

• Food/Lunch: No lunch or outside food is allowed inside the office premises.
• Outsiders, including friends, relatives, or colleagues, are not permitted, except when they come to inquire about a course (with prior notice).
• Respect for Space: Students should maintain discipline, use systems responsibly, and respect the quiet learning environment.

Clarification on Job Guarantee & Misrepresentation

At Cyber Security Masters, we value honesty. Therefore:

• False Claims Inside the Office
  
  • If any student, visitor, or outsider claims that we guarantee placements, please report this immediately to contact@codezeneduversity.com
  • Such misrepresentation goes against our values, and we will take strict action to clarify and protect students from false information.

Your Responsibility as a Student

Placement success is a two-way effort. While we provide support, you are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and revise using recordings.
• Use practice hours wisely.
• Take feedback seriously during mock interviews.
• Actively apply for jobs, internships, and freelance opportunities.
• Stay proactive and communicate with our team when you need help.

Why We Don’t Do Placement Guarantee

Many institutes advertise job guarantees as a marketing tactic. But here’s the reality:
