1. Who Can Get a Refund

You can get your money back if you:

  • Let us know if you’re not happy within 2 days of buying or signing up for the course.

  • Please give us some feedback or reasons why you are not satisfied. This helps us improve.

Just a heads up: Refunds only apply to the original enrollment fee. Add-ons or subscriptions to other tools aren’t eligible.

  • If your refund is approved, it will return to the original payment method.

  • Remember that the processing time might depend on your bank or payment provider.

4. What Can’t Be Refunded

These things are non-refundable:

  • Courses will be refunded if the refund request is made after 3 days of signing up.

  • Extra fees for additional services, certifications, or third-party tools.

  • Courses where you’ve made significant progress (more than 30%) according to our system.
